We at Madison Machine Tool Inc. are not your typicall hi and goodbye facility. We care for our customers and will work vigorously to keep there machinery in use well after manufacture warranty has expired. THIS IS AT NO EXPENSE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. 

We have a great reputation by connecting fab shops and contractors around the world in need of repairs and maintenance for their industrial machinery directly with qualified technicians, based on the exact location. 

When purchasing equipment thru Madison Machinery you can be assured our tech network will not just repair and do the proper maintenance. They will work to educate machine operators on tasks proper upkeep needed to minimize operational downtime and avoid costly replacement machinery. 

For local repairs in the USA we charge a 1 hr min. for diognostics. 

Our service rates for on site service are based on the Hour at the rate of $120.00 per hour with a Two Hour Minimum.  The time starts from the time the service tech leaves our shop to when he returns back to our shop.  Mileage will be added at the rate of .55 cents per mile.

 If an overnight stay is necessary, the customer will be charged for the accommodations at cost per night and there will be a $50.00 per day fee for meals. In cases where the service tech must fly to your location you will be charged for the flight and all other expenses at cost including car rental.
